AGEs are difficult to break down in the body. Therefore, they can lead to the development of arteriosclerosis, osteoporosis, and loss of natural elasticity and muscle stiffness. In addition, the skin can become flabby and wrinkled due to these substances.
To avoid such consequences, it is important to exercise and monitor your diet. Moreover, exercise alone will not help you if you eat a lot of sweet foods.
