How dangerous is the repeated autumn flowering of trees and bushes
0
The trees and bushes have already been harvested , and they decided to bloom again. This is a rather strange situation, considering the season and vegetative rules of plants. If you compare spring and autumn flowering, then the latter will not be so abundant and massive. It can be observed both on several branches and on the entire crown.
Is re-blooming normal
Plants may wake up to a desire for re-blooming when weather conditions change, but there are other factors. These are: diseases, pests, mechanical damage.
Repeat flowering is not normal for the plant. Rather, it is a hormonal failure that stimulated the sleeping buds to wake up. Such a phenomenon has negative consequences for the plant.
Next year, repeated flowering may cause a decrease in the number of flowers and ovaries. In addition, the tree or bushes will use up nutrients and will be exhausted in the spring. They may even die if the immune system cannot fix it.
What to do in case of repeated flowering? Do not let the plant bloom. We will have to cut off the flowers. Only in this way will it be possible to correct the situation.
