Internet publishing house The Sun reported news in the field of personal hygiene. Abbas Kanani, a representative of the pharmaceutical company Chemist Click, determined the optimal time to take a shower.
A specialist from the UK believes that 8-10 minutes a day are enough for optimal cleaning of the skin from bacteria and dirt, as longer water procedures can cause irritation and dryness of the skin.
“If you take a shower for too long, especially a hot one, the skin may lose its natural fat, as a result of which it will become dry,” the expert noted.
At the same time, Abbas Kanani clarifies that at least five minutes should be devoted to washing the body. A shorter amount of time will not allow you to completely remove the skin fat and dust that has accumulated during the day.
You should use natural washcloths of medium or mild hardness so as not to damage the upper layer of the epidermis. When bathing, it is optimal to use water with a temperature not higher than 40 degrees.
It is recommended to rinse the hair and body with cooler water after taking the product. After taking water procedures, you can apply a natural moisturizing cream to the skin.
