Aromatic paste
If you decide to make a homemade seasoning based on dill, you should try this recipe. First, you need to rinse the dill well and chop it.
Then pour in a couple of spoons of water and vinegar per 200 g of herbs and send it to a blender. We send a few more cloves of garlic at our discretion and again bring to a homogeneous state.
All that remains is to salt and season with any vegetable oil to taste. You can store the paste in the refrigerator in a jar with a lid.
Old arrows
Many summer residents throw away such dill, because they have no idea what can be cooked with it. Of course, such greens will not be suitable for a side dish or soup, but they have their uses.
