Thanks to the phytophosphates that are part of soy, you can lower cholesterol levels in the body, prevent the development of some tumor diseases.

At the same time, experts warn that soy should not be consumed by pregnant and lactating women, young children. And it is also undesirable to eat it if you are planning a pregnancy. And this applies to men too: it is known that soy products, according to studies, have a bad effect on sperm quality and testosterone. After all, soy can cause allergies.
