The doctor also emphasized that it is not so much the sugar itself that is important, but its quantity. Because you need to consume as much sugar as the body can actually use. And if you give up sugar completely, the body will be able to compensate for its lack for some time.
“Sugar is not as scary as its quantity. If more sugar comes than a person can use, even from the same potatoes, pumpkins, beets, which are not considered to contain sugar, if we remove the added sugar, then the pancreas, liver, blood vessels, brain, skin, hair will breathe a sigh of relief. Our entire body,” the doctor noted.
