As a result, a direct negative correlation was found between high levels of mobile phone use and stress, sleep disturbances and symptoms of depression, both in women and in men.
< p>Another study by the same university revealed a similar trend in sleep disturbance in those who often use the computer. Frequent viewing of e-mail and correspondence in chats directly affected the level of stress and sleep disturbances, as well as reduced work capacity.
In addition, using the computer at night increased the risks of insomnia and also negatively affected mental health. I am both men and women.
