What phrases can be used when talking to the management:

• I exceeded the plan by a few percent (operate with numbers and facts)

• I was offered a good position in another company (provide this argument only if it is really so)

What phrases should not be used:

• I learned a lot during my work

What is the average salary in Ukraine in 2024

This year, the average salary will increase to 21,809 hryvnias. Already in the first quarter, it increased by 22.5% and amounted to UAH 18,903.
