How to bake a delicious turkey leg in a sleeve

Ingredients:
1 kg of turkey thigh
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. French mustard
1.5 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. honey
2 cloves of garlic
10-15 g of rosemary

Preparation:
Mix salt, pepper, soy sauce, mustard, honey and squeezed garlic. Grease the meat well with the finished marinade. Leave to marinate for several hours, or better overnight.

Put the rosemary sprigs and thighs in a baking sleeve and tie the edges. Place on a baking sheet or in a mold and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 1.5 hours. 10 minutes before the end, cut the sleeve so that the thigh browns.
