How to bake delicious pasta with minced meat in the oven

You will need:
200 g of pasta
500 g of minced meat
3 st. l. tomato paste
450 ml of milk
2 tbsp. l. flour
200 g of “Mozzarella” or “Suluguni” cheese
50 g of butter
nutmeg to taste
pepper
salt
Preparation:
Boil the pasta until half done. Fry the minced meat in a pan heated with oil. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and simmer until ready.
Fry flour separately in butter, gradually adding milk, bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and add nutmeg, if you like.
Mix the cream sauce with the pasta and pour into the bottom of the baking dish. Spread the fried minced meat in an even layer on top and sprinkle well with grated cheese.
Put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Delicious!
