How to bake fragrant meat with pumpkin

Baked meat with pumpkin — an interesting combination of flavors that is perfect for the fall season. Pumpkin adds tenderness and a sweet aroma to the meat, and well-chosen spices make the dish especially tasty. Even if pumpkin is not your favorite, but with meat you will discover gastronomic pleasure.
You will need the following ingredients for cooking:
- 500 g of meat ( pork, chicken or beef)
- 300 g of pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp spoon of dried thyme or rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
First, cut the meat into medium pieces, salt and pepper it. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Mix olive oil with chopped garlic and thyme. Cover the meat and pumpkin with this mixture and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the meat and pumpkin in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 40-50 minutes. In order for the dish to brown evenly, periodically turn the pieces.
