How to bake pumpkin with cheese Italian style

Ingredients
You will need the following products for cooking:
- pumpkin – 800 g;
- mozzarella – 300 g;
- parmesan for sprinkling;
- oil, salt.
How to cook
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices. Approximately 0.5 cm thick. Bread each slice in flour. Place on parchment on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the pumpkin with olive oil. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, but don't forget about the cheese. It is also salty. Send the pumpkin to the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Now you need to form the dish. In a baking dish, you need to put the prepared pumpkin slices, top with mozzarella slices, sprinkle with Parmesan, and cover with the top pumpkin layer. If there are any remaining ingredients, layer them.
You can cover the dish with pumpkins with foil. Bake again. At a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes. A few minutes before the dish is ready, you can remove the foil and brown the dish. If there is a grill function, you can use it. Delicious!
