How to bake red fish in puff pastry

Ingredients:
1 package of yeast puff pastry
400 g of red fish
100 g spinach
150 g cream cheese
1 yolk
seeds sesame

Preparation:
Thaw the dough, salt and pepper the fish. Finely chop the spinach and sauté in butter. Salt, pepper and mix with cream cheese. Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out to the width.

Place the cheese-spinach filling in the middle, and the fish on top. Twist the roll, pinch the edges. Transfer the roll to a baking sheet covered with parchment, make slits on the roll with a knife. Brush it with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious!
