Cooking in it is a pleasure, and the dishes are similar to those from the oven. The only drawback of such dishes is that they are often covered with a layer of old dirt. Of course, you want to clean it to a shine, but not to scratch it. There is such a way.

To restore the aesthetic appearance of cauldrons, goose pots, and pans, you should stock up on a large capacity so that your kitchen wealth can fit there. Pour water, bring it to a boil, and then add a piece of household soap, previously grated, and 100 g of PVA glue.
Mix everything thoroughly, and when the soap and glue dissolve, lower the cast-iron dish into it. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 hours on low heat under the lid. After that, rinse the dishes with cold water to cool down, and wipe with a kitchen washcloth (hard side). Rinse once more – and, having made sure that it is your thing, and not from the store, go prepare a delicious dinner!
