How to cook
Plums must be washed, and then cut in half, remove the bones. Also prepare the jars in advance so that they are perfectly clean.
Lay out the plums cut side down. sprinkle each layer with sugar. The consumption of sugar is 200 g per 0.5 l.
Cans should be covered with lids and sent for pasteurization. If you cook in 0.5 l jars, then pasteurize for 15 minutes. It takes 25 minutes for 1 liter cans. The time is counted from the moment the water boils. Banks must be hermetically closed after pasteurization.
