How to cook a delicious apple pie, which was prepared by the poetess

Surprise your guests with an apple pie, prepared according to the recipe of a famous poetess. Previously, only the poets of the Silver Age could prepare such a dessert for creative evenings and try it in their time. And now we are with you.

For preparation you need:

  • 4 tbsp. l. sour cream (+ 200 g for the cream);
  • 1.5 cups of flour (+ 2 tbsp. for the cream);
  • 150 g of butter;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • 4 large apples (sweet and sour);
  • 1 egg;
  • 180 g of sugar and ½ lemon.

How to cook

Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the baking powder. You need to rub the butter on a fine grater directly into the flour and mix everything with a fork into crumbs.

Now add the sour cream, mix thoroughly until you get a sticky dough.

We cover it with a lid or cling film. and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

Peel the apples from the skin and core, cut them into thin slices, and then pour over them with juice squeezed from half a lemon.

Next we prepare cream by mixing 200 g of sour cream with an egg, two tablespoons of flour and 1 cup of sugar. Beat the filling with a whisk.

When it is ready, roll out the dough into a thin layer to cover the bottom and sides of the baking dish, greased with oil and powdered with flour.

Put the dough in the form, then distribute the apples slices and cover everything with cream.

Put the cake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

The finished cake should cool down, after which it can be cut and served.
