How to cook a delicious pate from beans and porcini mushrooms

Ingredients:
500 g of beans
50 g of dried mushrooms
1 carrot
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. mustard
salt, pepper, paprika
Preparation:
Boil the beans until tender in salted water, pour boiling water over the mushrooms to stand for 15-20 minutes. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrot on a fine grater. Drain the mushrooms and chop them.

Fry the onion until golden, add the carrots and sauté, then add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, paprika and mushroom water. Mix everything well, add boiled beans, squeeze the garlic and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.

After that, transfer everything to a blender bowl, add mustard and beat the paste until smooth. Delicious!
