For the dough:
400 g flour
pinch of salt
150 g butter
200 g of sour cream
For the filling:
800 g of onion
100 g of any smoked meat
250 g of hard cheese
3 eggs
150 g of sour cream
salt, sugar, pepper
Preparing the filling:
Cut the onion into half rings and put it on a frying pan heated with oil. Then add salt, a pinch of sugar, black pepper and smoked meat as desired. Fry until golden.
For the dough:
Mix flour, butter and salt, add sour cream and mix. Rub the butter into the flour, crush it with your hands into crumbs, then add the sour cream.
Roll out the dough with a diameter of 35 centimeters and transfer it to the form and make the edges. Put the filling on top of the dough and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Topping:
Beat 3 eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the cake and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Delicious!
