How to cook a delicious pie with roasted grapes

Grapes can be put into wine, can be eaten , and can be dried or used for other preparations – compotes, jam, jam. But this is not the limit of possibilities. You can fry grapes, but you need it in order to bake a delicious cake.

To prepare you need :300 g of grapes;

  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • < li>150 ml of milk;

  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • 180 g of flour;
  • 20 g of butter;
  • 1 tbsp. l. sugar.

How to cook

Beat eggs together with salt and sugar, then add vegetable oil, mix and add warm milk, after then beat everything again with a mixer.

Mix the flour with baking powder and sift it into the egg-milk mixture in small portions. Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place while you work on the berries.

It is best to use pitted grapes.

To caramelize the grapes, heat a pan, melt the butter and sugar in it.

When the sugar dissolves, pour over the grapes and fry them over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes.

Then the grapes are poured with the prepared dough, distributing it evenly over the entire surface.

< p>The cake is cooked under the lid for 15-20 minutes, after which it is turned over to the other side and cooked for another 5 minutes, also under the lid. That's it, the cake is ready.
