Ingredients:
400 g potatoes
400 g pumpkin
1 sweet pepper
half a hot pepper
green onion
2 eggs
150 g milk
70 g hard cheese

Preparation:
Peel and dice the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. In the meantime, dice the pumpkin, cut the pepper into strips, and finely chop the green onion.
Fry the pumpkin, pepper, and onion in a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper. Then put the potatoes and roasted pumpkin in a baking dish.
Beat the eggs with milk, add salt, pepper. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and mash with cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
