How to cook a fragrant cheesecake with peaches

A cake that simply enchants with its aroma. It cannot be otherwise, when the dough is made on the basis of sour milk cheese, and the filling is fresh peaches.

Ingredients

The following products must be prepared:

  • fermented milk cheese – 200 g;
  • flour – 200 g;
  • sugar – 80 g ;
  • butter – 120 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • baking powder – 10 g;
  • peaches – 300 g.

To prepare the dough, the products must be at room temperature. For this amount of products, it is recommended to take a baking dish with a diameter of 28 cm.

Mix sour milk cheese, eggs, sugar and butter with a blender. Add sifted flour with baking powder. Add to the total mass and knead the dough.

Grease the mold with oil and spread the dough. Flatten it. Spread the prepared and sliced ​​peaches on top.

Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes. It is recommended to bake on the middle shelf, and then put it lower for another 10 minutes.
