How to cook a hearty dinner with pollock in 15 minutes

Podlock is considered a budget fish , which some people are skeptical about: they say that it is impossible to cook a delicious dish from it. However, this recipe will make even cheap pollock a real work of culinary art.

Ingredients:

  • pollock fillet – half a kilo;
  • onion – 1-2 pieces;
  • cheese – 50 g;
  • salt to taste;
  • black pepper – to taste;
  • mayonnaise – to taste.

Step-by-step preparation

  • Onions are cut into cubes and sent to a heated pan. Fry the vegetable until transparent and golden.
  • Cut the fillet into portioned pieces and place on a greased baking sheet. There should be a small distance between the pieces.
  • The fillet is salted. Then put an onion on each piece and smear it with mayonnaise.
  • Grated cheese is sprinkled on top of the fillet and sent to the oven, which is preheated to 200 degrees.
  • The dish is prepared for 15 minutes. It is served to the table with any side dish and supplemented with a vegetable salad.
