How to cook a lot of meat “Caucasian” in an hour

The plus of the dish is that it can be prepared in reserve, and then just serve it with a different side dish every day. “Caucasian” meat turns out to be tasty, vegetable gravy permeates the pieces of meat and makes them juicy and aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • meat – 1 kg;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • black pepper – to taste;
  • adzhika – to taste;
  • onion – 500 g;
  • carrot – 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • water – 500 ml;
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves.

Step-by-step preparation

  1. Meat is cut into portions. Then it is beaten, salted on both sides, peppered and dry adjika is added.
  2. Oil is poured into a pan, meat is fried on both sides over high heat until golden.
  3. Onions are cut rings, and then divide into quarters. Carrots and bell peppers are cut into cubes.
  4. The second pan is greased with oil, carrots are laid out and lightly fried. Then add pepper and fry them together for 2 minutes.
  5. Then take a deep pan. Pour a little oil and put the onion, then add the fried meat and distribute the other vegetables.
  6. The fire is set to medium. Heat the ingredients until the onion becomes translucent. In terms of time, the process takes 5 minutes.
  7. Then pour 2 glasses of water into the container and stew the dish for 60 minutes.
  8. Next, open the lid, add 3-4 cloves of garlic, which are first driven through press. Then the lid is closed and simmered for another 15 minutes. After that, the dish is removed from the heat and served with any side dish.
