How to cook a real kebab from chicken hearts
Chicken hearts – they are somewhat underestimated in everyday cooking. You can make delicious kebabs from them. Why not make them for dinner for variety.
Ingredients
To prepare, you need to prepare the following set of products:
- chicken hearts – 1 kg;
- soy sauce – 2 tablespoons;
- oregano – 1 tsp. ;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- dry garlic – 1 tsp;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- salt – 0.5 tsp;
- oil – 3 tablespoons;
- lemon juice – 3 tablespoons
How to cook
Wash the hearts and cut off the unnecessary side part. Rinse again. Then pour boiling water. Drain and season the hearts with paprika, dry garlic, oregano, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and salt. Add chopped onion.
Mix everything together. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight. If you are cooking for dinner, put it in the morning and leave it until the evening.
The hearts should be put on wooden skewers. Wrap in foil and send to the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
5 minutes before the end, the foil should be removed and baked so that they look appetizing. Delicious!
