How to cook a vegetable casserole without unnecessary expenses

Ingredients

The following products are needed for preparation:

  • cabbage – 700 g ;
  • carrot – 1 piece;
  • potato – 2 pieces;
  • bell pepper – 1 piece;
  • eggs – 3 pieces;
  • sugar – 1, 5 tsp;
  • kefir – 100 ml;
  • baking powder – 10 g;
  • flour – 150 g;
  • oil – 170 ml.

How to cook

< p> Cabbage should be chopped, washed, and carrots and potatoes should be grated on a large grater. Cut the pepper into cubes, chop the greens. Mix everything together.

Now you need to mix eggs, salt, sugar, pepper, kefir. Add the baking powder and flour to the mass and pour in the oil.

Place the vegetables in a mold, mix until smooth and pour over the vegetables. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The casserole should stay there for 25-30 minutes. When ready, let it cool a little. Delicious!
