How to cook a whole “mountain” of pies in just 20 minutes

Less in less than half an hour you can prepare a whole mountain of appetizing pies and even with a filling.

The dough for them is prepared without yeast, on kefir, and it will take no more than 5 minutes to knead it, it will turn out with a nice crispy crust. Be sure to save the recipe.

For preparation you need:

  • flour – 500 g;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • kefir – 400 ml;
  • soda – 0.5 tsp;
  • salt – 0.5 tsp

How to cook

First sift the flour and mix it with salt and soda, then add kefir and oil, mix and knead the dough, which should stand for 10 minutes.

Form patties from it , if desired, fill with any filling – and that's it.
If you want as soon as possible – put the blanks on a sheet and send them to the oven. But you can also fry the pies in a pan.
