How to cook an analogue of lasagna: pasta and minced meat casserole
Italian dishes are very nutritious and appetizing. Lasagna is known all over the world. For housewives who would like to prepare a faster and more budget-friendly version of the dish, this recipe will come in handy.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- minced meat or chicken – 400 g;
- pasta – 400 g;
- chicken eggs – 1 pc.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- carrot – 1 pc.;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- oil – 3 tbsp;
- basil – 0.5 tsp;
- salt, pepper;
- ground paprika – 1 tsp
How to cook
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Grate the carrot. Then fry everything. First, onions are laid out, then carrots, and lastly, garlic for a few minutes. Mix the roast with minced meat. Add egg, salt, ground black pepper, basil, paprika. Stir in the minced meat.
Pasta should be boiled until ready. Divide them into three parts to lay out the lasagna in three layers. Layer pasta and minced meat in a baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
Bake the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Delicious!
