How to cook an autumn pumpkin pie with a delicate cream

We share a recipe for fluffy, like a cloud, an autumn cake with a delicate cream. Read, cook and enjoy.

Ingredients:
100 g pumpkin
10 g carrots
2 eggs
140 g of vegetable oil
100 g of sugar
10 g of baking powder
150 g of flour
0.5 tsp of cinnamon, ginger
a pinch of salt
for the cream:< /strong>  200 g of cream cheese, 3 tbsp. l. mix powdered sugar until smooth.
Preparation:
Add a pinch of salt, baking powder, cinnamon and ground ginger to the sifted flour. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy for 4 minutes. Then add the oil and mix. Mix the flour with baking powder, cinnamon and ginger.

Then add to the beaten eggs and oil so that the dough is like thick sour cream. Add finely grated pumpkin and carrot, add to the dough and mix everything well. You can also put nuts and raisins if you wish.

Put the dough in a baking dish and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, to bake for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the cream and decorate with nuts. Spread the cream on top of the cake and serve and enjoy. Delicious!
