How to cook an Italian-style omelet for breakfast
The dish called omelet is familiar to everyone, but the frittata raises questions. After all, it's just an Italian name. The filling is a little different, because it is Mediterranean style. We offer you to prepare an omelet with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes.
Ingredients
The following are required for preparation:

- mozzarella – 100 g;
- dried tomatoes – 20 g;

How to cook
Meat should be fried with oil. It is better to use olive, but you can also use sunflower. It's a matter of taste.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to the meat. Add salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with a whisk. Pour over the filling. And now send the pan to the oven for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with greens and olives. Delicious!
