How to cook an omelet with cheese without milk for breakfast

A tender and pleasant-tasting omelet can be prepared without milk at all. It will also be light and appetizing. How to prepare it, read further in the article.

Ingredients

The following products are needed for preparation:

  • eggs – 2 pc.;
  • hard cheese – 30 g;
  • butter – 1 tbsp.;
  • < li aria-level="1">a pinch of salt.

How to cook

Whites must be separated from yolks. Beat proteins with salt. It is better to do it with a mixer so that there is a lush foam. Beat the yolks separately, and then mix both masses.

Heat the pan. Put the oil. Pour out the mixture. Cover with a lid. The omelette should seize up and be well baked. Put pieces of cheese on one side of the omelet, cover with the other side.

Hold a little more under the lid so that the cheese melts. Now the omelette is ready. Can be served to the table. Delicious!
