How to cook and eat beets raw: a delicious way to cook

Fans of healthy lifestyles and healthy eating consider beets to be one of the main anti-aging products. Not only because they are full of vitamins and minerals, but also because they contain methyl group donors.
The healthiest beets are raw, but chewing them raw is not very pleasant. And beets prepared in this way are prepared in Arab countries and Asia and the aroma of beets will not be felt at all.
Ingredients:
- Beets – 500 g.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Spices (coriander, black pepper)
Beets should be chopped not with a grater for Korean carrots, salted and added 1 tbsp. l of apple cider or any natural vinegar. At the stage of slicing and dressing, add spices and vegetables to taste: ground coriander, garlic and cayenne pepper. You can also add: ground pepper, other spices, fresh paprika, herbs, etc. In this form, the dish is necessarily left overnight. The dish must be infused and marinated so that the aroma of the beets is not felt.
In Arab countries, on the contrary, pickled beets are covered and left to languish in the sun for a whole day.
