How to cook baked trout with herbs for a holiday

For a holiday, you can bake not only chicken, duck, pork, but also fish. Baked trout with herbs is not just a dish, but a real work of art that amazes with its juiciness and aroma. And most importantly, it is easy to prepare even without culinary experience.
Ingredients:
- trout (whole or fillet) – 1 pc.;
- lemon – 1 pc.;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- fresh dill or parsley – 1 bunch;
- olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
- salt, pepper to taste.
Wash the trout, remove the remaining scales and dry with a paper towel. Mix the chopped herbs, garlic, juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper. Rub the fish inside and out with this mixture, adding a little olive oil for flavor.
Place the trout on a baking sheet, add sliced lemon slices, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes. The finished fish can be served with vegetables or potatoes. It is so juicy and flavorful that it will definitely become the star of your table.
