How to cook beet caviar so that it is really tasty

If you only ate beetroot grated with mayonnaise or oil and garlic, prepare caviar from it. It will have an excellent taste, because in combination with the proposed products, everything will turn out perfectly. Beet variety in action.

Ingredients

The following products are required for caviar:

  • beetroot — 3 pcs.;< /li>
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste – 2-3 tablespoons;
  • sugar – 1 tsp;
  • brine – 100 ml;
  • oil ;
  • salt, spices.

How to cook

Beets should be boiled until fully cooked and cleaned. Grate on a grater. Cut the onion and fry it in oil for a few minutes. Add sugar.

Now you can put the grated beets in the pan and season it with tomato paste. Heat for a few minutes, pour in the brine. Cook for another 10 minutes.

It is important to ensure that there is moisture in the pan. If it evaporates, the beets may start to burn. If necessary, add a little water.

Salt, pepper or spices may or may not be added. Heat the beets for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
