1 head of garlic
rosemary or thyme
5 bay leaves
Preparation
Chop the garlic and poke well on all sides. Salt, pepper. Coat with mustard. Mustard softens the meat, it will be juicy. Grate the garlic and mix with the rosemary leaves and finely broken bay leaves.
Grab this mixture well on both sides of the meat. Put in a bowl, cover with a lid and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.
