How to cook bruschetta with radish

A great idea for breakfast is a quick, tasty, light, healthy bruschetta. In addition, it looks very beautiful.
What is needed for 4 servings
- 10 large radishes;
- 4 large pieces of black bread with seeds;< /li>
- 100 g of butter;
- 1 small cucumber;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 small bunch of green onions;
- 1 art. l. lemon juice;
- black salt for serving.
What to do
- Bring the oil to room temperature. Crush the garlic with finely chopped green onions in a mortar. Add salt, mix with soft butter;
- Fry the bread in a dry pan on one side until golden brown, cool. Grease the bread with a generous layer of spicy oil;
- Cut the radish and cucumber into very thin circles, mix, pour lemon juice, leave for 5 minutes;
- Place the vegetables on the bread with butter, season with black salt and serve.
