How to cook buckwheat with mushrooms deliciously: housewives share the recipe
Buckwheat porridge is undoubtedly one of the most useful porridges. It can be served simply with butter, or it can be prepared with the addition of meat. But you can cook delicious buckwheat with mushrooms in the oven.

Buckwheat with mushrooms in the oven turns out simply amazing, and it is prepared very quickly and without special complications.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of buckwheat;
- 350 g of mushrooms;
- 2 cups of boiling water;
- 1- 2 carrots;
- onion;
- odorless oil;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- pepper, spices, salt.

How to cook:
- We sift through the buckwheat and wash it well. Then pour boiling water, salt and set aside.
- Clean the vegetables and cut them: carrots into oblong cubes, and onions into small cubes.
- Wash the champignons well, dry them with napkins and cut them in half. This is provided that the mushrooms are of medium size, if the champignons are very large, then we divide them into quarters.
- We throw the prepared vegetables into the pan and lightly fry them in sunflower oil.
- Then we add mushrooms to the softened vegetables and fry for another ten minutes. If necessary, you can add oil.
- Then season with salt, pepper and spices, add chopped garlic cloves. Mix well and turn off after a minute.
- Take a heat-resistant form, lightly grease it inside with oil and put the buckwheat together with the remaining water. You don't need to salt it, the amount of salt that was added to the boiling water is enough.
- Spread the mushrooms and vegetables in an even layer on top of the buckwheat. We also send the remaining oil in which the mushrooms and vegetables were fried to the form.
- We cover the form with foil and put the buckwheat with mushrooms in the oven at 180 degrees. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and keep the form in the oven for the same amount of time.
