How to cook budget pancakes from buckwheat and zucchini
If you do not want to cook buckwheat for a side dish, then there is another option for using healthy cereals. To do this, you need a recipe, according to which you can prepare delicious fritters. And complement them with zucchini. Budget dish, but so tasty.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for preparation:
- buckwheat groats – 60 g ;
- zucchini – 200 g;
- water – 150 ml;
- parsley – 15 g;
- eggs – 1 pc.;
- flour – 2 tablespoons;
- sour cream m 2 tablespoons;
- salt, pepper;
- oil – 2 tbsp;
- paprika – 0.5 tsp;
- dry garlic – 0.5 tsp.
How to cook
Buckwheat must be boiled. Transfer it to a blender and beat. Wash, wipe and grate the zucchini. Salt the zucchini and leave for 10 minutes. He will release the juice. It must be squeezed.
Stir buckwheat, zucchini and egg. Here are the rest of the products: flour, spices, salt, sour cream. Mix the mass thoroughly. You can also add greens here.
Heat the pan. Grease with oil. Spread the fritters with a spoon and fry on both sides. Delicious!
