How to cook cabbage rolls instead of cutlets and cabbage rolls

Products for cooking
Young cabbage makes especially tender cabbage rolls. In general, you will need the following list of products for cooking:
- cabbage – 500 g;
- minced meat – 600 g;
- chicken egg – 1 pc.;
- onion – 2 pcs. (small);
- salt – 1 tsp.;
- flour;
- ground black pepper.
How to cook
Chop the onion and cabbage with a blender. Add the minced meat and egg to this mass. It is not a fundamental question which minced meat to take. Beef, pork, poultry, mixed – to your taste. Season the minced meat with vegetables with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
From the resulting mass, form cutlets and roll them in flour. Fry in a frying pan with oil on both sides until golden brown. Then transfer to a baking sheet, sprinkle with water (no more than 2-3 tablespoons), cover with foil and place in the oven. Time – 15 minutes, temperature – 180 °C.
The cabbage rolls are ready. Tasty, fast, unusual. You can serve them with sour cream, mayonnaise or any favorite homemade sauce. Delicious!
