Casserole with soft cheese and poppy seeds can become an ideal dessert that not only tastes incredible, but also looks exquisite. On an everyday or festive table, it will be disassembled from the first time.

Cooking such a casserole is quite simple. First, mix 500 g of soft cheese (homemade or store-bought with a fat content of at least 5%) with 3 eggs. Add 100 ml of milk, 50-100 g of sugar (you can also use a sugar substitute or honey, to your taste). Beat all the ingredients with a blender until smooth, at the end add 100 g of fresh poppy seeds. Be sure to check whether it has a bitter aftertaste, if it does, soak it in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a baking dish and cook in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Wait for it to cool down a bit before eating. The casserole is tender and soft, juicy, because there is no flour or semolina at all.
