How to cook cauliflower casserole with meat

Ingredients:
3 fillets
1 cauliflower
3 eggs
200 ml of milk
150 g of hard cheese
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, spices

Preparation:
Wash the cauliflower and cut, cook for 5 minutes. Then put it in a colander to drain all the liquid.

Cut the fillet, clean and cut the onion into half rings. Put the fillet and onion on a heated pan with oil and fry for 7 minutes.

Salt and pepper, if desired, add spices to your taste. At the end, put the grated garlic.

Beat the eggs with milk, add salt, pepper, grated cheese and mix everything thoroughly. Place the cauliflower on the bottom of the baking dish, and the fried pieces of fillet and onion on top.

Pour the egg mixture on top and bake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes. The dish is ready, serve and enjoy. Delicious!
