How to cook chicken fillet roll with mushroom filling

Ingredients:
600 g of chicken fillet
5 cloves of garlic< br> salt, pepper, smoked paprika
2 tbsp. l. oil
dill, parsley
100 g of cheese
300 g of mushrooms
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise, but to the end , pound on both sides with a hammer.
Spread the baking sleeve, cut it, lay out the pounded fillet.
Combine the spices with oil and grease the fillet on both sides.
Wash the mushrooms and fry in a pan until golden color, do not forget to salt and pepper. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Put the cheese, mushrooms and greens on the fillet.
Roll up the roll, fix the sleeve with ties and wrap in foil. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out the roll, open the film and foil and put it in the oven for another 10-12 minutes, let it brown. Delicious!
