How to cook chicken fillet so that it is juicy and tender
Chicken fillet is quite lean, but after cooking it can be dry and mushy. But if you cook it according to this recipe and bake it in foil, you will get tender, soft, juicy and aromatic meat.

To prepare, take two fillets, prepare the marinade: mix 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, you can not add salt, but your favorite spices are worth it.
Grease the fillet on all sides, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
After that, take the foil, fold twice and lay out the fillet. Add the remaining marinade to the meat so that it does not leak, make a side.
Close the meat tightly and send it to the oven for 45 minutes, temperature 180-185 degrees.
M the meat will be juicy, the fibers will melt in your mouth, and if you like the crust, open the top layer of foil 5 minutes before turning off the oven. However, no longer than 5 minutes, so that the juice does not evaporate from the fillet.
