600 g of chicken hearts
1 onion
1 carrot
200 g sour cream 20%
oil for frying
salt, pepper and spices

Preparation:

Wash, clean the hearts. Rinse well and soak in water for 30 minutes. You can cut it in half or cook it whole. Peel and cut the onion and fry until golden. Put the hearts and stew under the lid on medium heat for 30 minutes, so that all the liquid evaporates.

Then add the grated carrots and a little water and stew until done. At the end, add salt, pepper, and sour cream. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes. Such a delicious gravy with hearts is suitable for any side dish. Delicious!
