How to cook chicken in Arabic: a tasty and simple recipe

Chicken is prepared quite often in our culinary tradition, since it is the most affordable type of meat product.

For this reason, it is wise to change recipes to diversify the menu. So, below we share a delicious recipe:

Ingredients:

  • about – 600 g of fillet;
  • hard cheese – 100-150 grams;
  • >

  • sour cream – 2 tablespoons;
  • nuts (you can take any) – 100 grams;
  • oil for frying;
  • salt and spices to taste;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • milk – 1 tbsp.;
  • breadcrumbs – 100 grams;
  • flour – 2-3 tbsp.

Preparation:

First you need to wash the fillet, divide it into portioned pieces and carefully beat them. Then, in a separate container, combine milk and eggs, bring the mixture to a homogeneous state.

Roll each piece in flour, egg mixture and crackers.

Heat the pan. Fry the chicken on both sides for five minutes in a well-heated pan with oil.

Take a baking dish and transfer the meat.

Grease the chicken well with sour cream on top, sprinkle the dish with chopped nuts and grated cheese.

Bake for only 15 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
