How to cook chocolate pancakes with custard

Thin pancakes with a chocolate flavor combined with custard – a dessert that you need to try once to repeat again and again.
Details
For pancakes (proportion for two rolls) you need to take:
• egg – 2 pcs
• milk – 300 ml
• flour – 50 g
• corn starch – 25 g
• cocoa – 10 g
• sugar to taste
• pinch of salt
• oil – 5 ml (for frying)
For the cream:
• milk – 500 ml
• yolk – 2 pcs.
• corn starch – 50 g
• sugar to taste
Mix all the ingredients for the dough with a mixer so that there are no lumps. The dough will be quite liquid – that's how it should be, do not add more flour than indicated.
Before the first pancake, grease the pan with a drop of oil. Fry over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side. Let cool and prepare the cream from time to time.
Mix all the ingredients for the cream and put on medium heat. Stirring constantly, without bringing to a boil, cook until thickened. Let cool. ⠀
Then we grease the pancake with cream and, slightly stepping back from the edge of the first pancake, put a new one and again the cream, repeat until the pancakes and cream run out. We roll everything up and wrap it in cling film. We put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
The cut will turn out to be a very beautiful roll, and most importantly – tasty and tender.
