How to cook chops that melt in your mouth
Chops can be prepared in different ways. Classic is beating, salting and peppering, rolling in flour, egg or batter. Or you can do it differently by soaking them in sparkling water and adding an unusual ingredient.

So, take 1 glass of any sparkling water, add salt, pepper, squeezed garlic. The amount of spices depends on the amount of meat pounded with a kitchen hammer. Mix it all and pour into a bowl. Soak the chops in this solution for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs (again, the amount depends on how many chops you have). Pour into a plate, and pour flour into another. Dip the chops first in the flour and then in the egg. Why not vice versa? The answer is simple: so that the flour does not burn on the pan.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the wonderful chops. Fragrant (garlic does its job), airy (water with bubbles tried), soft and very tasty – they melt right in your mouth!
