Ingredients:
- fresh cucumbers – 0.5 kg;
- mushrooms – 0.3 kg;
- onions – 1 bulb;
- black pepper – to taste;
- salt – ½ teaspoon;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- sour cream (or cream) – 200 g;
- dill – 2-3 sprigs.

Step by step preparation
- < li>Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into 4 parts and cut them into small slices. Cut the onion into cubes, and the mushrooms into slices. If you have wild mushrooms, take them instead of mushrooms, but pre-boiled.
- Pour a little oil in a pan. Spread the cucumbers and fry for 5-7 minutes. Then add the onion and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms to the fried cucumbers and cook until the liquid appears. Then add salt, pepper and garlic.
- At the end, add sour cream. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and stewed over a slow flame for 10 minutes. Then season with greens and remove from heat.
