How to cook delicate meatballs with minced meat and vegetables

If you want to prepare tender, juicy cutlets at the same time do not stand near the pan and increase the volume of minced meat, then try this recipe.

To prepare, you need to take:
700 g of minced meat (preferably from turkey or chicken)
1 medium zucchini
1 medium carrot
1 onion
1 chicken egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. dried garlic
200 ml of native cream
150 g of hard cheese
greens to taste
Vegetables should be grated on the same grater attachment and added to the minced meat. Add the egg, salt, your favorite spices, and definitely dry garlic there.
The minced meat must be mixed well, it is better to do it by hand so that it is as uniform as possible and the spices and garlic are evenly spread over the entire base.
Form the cutlets according to the size and shape you like. To prevent the minced meat from sticking, wet your hands in water.
Place the cutlets in a baking dish and add the filling. It's easy to prepare: mix cream, cheese, greens – and it's ready.
Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cutlets will be delicious with any side dish and even just bread.
