Ingredients:
75 g spinach
100 ml water
2 eggs
0.5 tsp. salt
230 ml of milk
170 g of flour
1 tsp. without a slide of baking powder
2 tbsp. l. of oil

2-3 cucumbers
300 g of lightly salted red fish
200 g of cream cheese

Preparation:
Pour boiling water over the spinach for 1 minute and drain. Then add water and beat with a blender. Pour the spinach mixture into a bowl, add eggs and salt, mix well.

Pour in the flour with baking powder, mix, pour in the milk and oil, mix again. Leave the dough for 20 minutes. Fry the pancakes in a hot dry frying pan. After they cool, spread cream cheese on each pancake, add sliced fish and cucumber, roll up and cut into rolls. Garnish with herbs if desired. Enjoy!
