How to cook delicious and fluffy pancakes in milk

Pancakes, fritters – you can call them any way you like, but the meaning does not change. They always turn out tasty and fluffy according to this recipe. Pancakes can be served with berries, fruits, sweet sauces.

Ingredients

The following products are needed for preparation:

  • flour — 150 g;
  • milk — 240 ml;
  • oil — 1.5 tablespoons;
  • < li aria-level="1">water – 1 tablespoon;

  • sugar – 1 tablespoon;
  • ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • butter – 30 g.< /li>

How to cook

Milk should be mixed with 1 tbsp. oil and water. Separately mix and sift the dry ingredients, and then mix everything together.

The dough does not need to be fried immediately. First, it should stand for 7-10 minutes. After that, add melted butter to it.

Heat the pan well, add a little oil. Bake pancakes on each side for 3-4 minutes. Delicious!
